The “dutch oven” is definitely a unique twist on catering. The food was absolutely delicious! I heard many comments on what a great meal we served at our wedding! Good morning Tim! You did a fantastic job – heard from everyone that the meal was awesome. I loved the brisket but many people talked about the flavoring of the pulled pork. I probably should have left the BBQ sauce off to get the full flavor. And the dessert… yes it was amazing!! The owners were asking me the next day about your pricing and your selections, etc. Youi really fit well with that venue. Thanks again!
