The “dutch oven” is definitely a unique twist on catering. The food was absolutely delicious! I heard many comments on what a great meal we served at our wedding! Good morning Tim! You did a fantastic job – heard from everyone that the meal was awesome. I loved the brisket but many people talked about the flavoring of the pulled pork. I probably should have left the BBQ sauce off to get the full flavor. And the dessert… yes it was amazing!!
