Good morning Tim! You did a fantastic job – heard from everyone that the meal was awesome. I loved the brisket but many people talked about the flavoring of the pulled pork. I probably should have left the BBQ sauce off to get the full flavor. And the dessert… yes it was amazing!! The owners were asking me the next day about your pricing and your selections, etc. Youi really fit well with that venue. Thanks again!

Tim, everyone came to me telling me how much they enjoyed the food. The players enjoyed as much as everyone else. Thank you and your wife so very much for your hard work in preparing the food. Several members said it was the best party we had put on for the boys in three years. The coach of the team called me yesterday morning to thank me for the wonderful party for the boys and asked where I found you. He said all they could talk about yesterday was how great the food was. I will tell everyone I know that is looking for a caterer to call you. The food was outstanding! Once again, I want to say Thank You to you and your wife for the wonderful food.

The “dutch oven” is definitely a unique twist on catering. The food was absolutely delicious! I heard many comments on what a great meal we served at our wedding! Especially delectable was the specialty chocolate dessert! Food can make or break an event… I’m glad it MADE our event! His prices were very reasonable. A very special THANK YOU to Tim and his team!
