We had so many compliments on the food! I think one person said it “melted in their mouth”! Thank you for catering our wedding! It was such a cool experience to be served out of Dutch oven pots. We also really appreciated the dessert for just Nick and I. It was super delicious!

Good morning Tim! You did a fantastic job – heard from everyone that the meal was awesome. I loved the brisket but many people talked about the flavoring of the pulled pork. I probably should have left the BBQ sauce off to get the full flavor. And the dessert… yes it was amazing!!
